On making extra cash with online surveys

A good way to make a bit of extra cash here and there is taking online surveys, there are all kind of different companies that are contracted by the actual brands to research the market. So you will be asked about various topics if you join one of the survey sites. Usually they will do some initial short assessments on you whether you qualify for that actual survey and then they will send you invitations to surveys that apply to you answers you gave initially (there is not much sense to ask you about your opinion on baby wipes if you don’t have children, although they are also really good to clean your lap-top once in a while).

It is a fair deal usually you will get around £5 per hour which is for an activity where you do not have to work your brain too hard not to bad. It also does not ask too much creativity from you which might be either good or bad, depending on your preferences.

Check that you join a side that has good rewards rather then offering coupons for all kinds of useless stuff and look it up in advance so that you do not spend your time and get a voucher for a glass of slimy jelly at the end (happened to me in the beginning…)

Here are some sites I found useful: Good luck! Let me know how it went!

www.surveysavvy.com Probably the best site I found. They say that they have paid out to its members more than any other online survey site: around$14million dollars!. Around $ 3.00 is paid for the completion of each survey. They will pay you also if your friends join and complete surveys. Try it out!

www.lightspeed.co.uk You earn Lightspeed points for every survey you complete that you can then redeem into cash at some point, a lot of surveys and easy as well.

www.rewarded-opinions.co.uk Easy to use and with points that you can redeem for cash. Good panel.

www.onepoll.comYou will receive £2,50 on signing up to one of the fastest growing online survey companies in the UK. You will also be entered into a monthly prize draw.

www.panelbase.netBy signing up you have earned already £3.00 and once you reach the threshold of £10you can decide if you want to be paid by cheque or directly into your bankaccount.

www.globaltestmarket.com International company with members from more than 200 countries. You earn points that you can redeem into cash once you reach the threshold.

I personally use rewardscentral - they are both UK and AU and let you do surveys, email clicks, points for shopping (with places like ebay) and lots more. I've written a hub about them...
